Meredith Villarreal is a Nurse Practitioner who is known for her passionate and kind approach to medicine. She is committed to her patients and takes time to develop an individualized plan of care that helps everyone feel comfortable and motivated toward their best health. In addition to her role in primary care, Meredith also sees clients at Innovative MedSpa.

Meredith is an Arizona native and worked as a bedside nurse while completing her Masters of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University. She will forever be a die-hard Arizona sports fan with love for her Phoenix Suns and Arizona Cardinals. When she is not working, Meredith can be found reading, traveling the world with her husband, or playing with her rescue corgi/retriever Layla.

Meredith currently sees patients at our Lincoln Avenue primary care location.
