Mia is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals across a variety of care settings, including outpatient therapy, skilled nursing, behavioral health hospitals, and more. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University.

 

Mia’s clinical approach is rooted in cultural humility, compassion, and collaboration. She specializes in working with adults and older adults, and has experience addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and family dynamics. Mia believes in meeting each client where they are and tailoring care to support long-term emotional well-being.
