TK is a Nurse Practitioner at Innovative Primary Care on Lincoln Avenue. Prior to joining Innovative Care, TK worked in a hospital setting with cardiac and stroke patients, as well as in sleep medicine. TK transitioned to primary care because she enjoys being able to build long-term relationships with her patients.She takes time to get to know her patients and works with them to set health goals. TK is often praised for her approachable and kind demeanor. TK earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Loyola University and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. When she is not working, TK enjoys photography, baking, knitting and crocheting, and playing with her chihuahua and shih-tzu.
