Neda Svrakic, MD

Dr. Svrakic is an Internal Medicine physician at Innovative Primary Care on Ashland Avenue, where she provides comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults. She earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine & Health Sciences in St. Kitts and completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at The Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, IL.

Through her caring and thorough approach, Dr. Svrakic partners with patients to create personalized, sustainable plans for weight management, and offers care in mental health (including anxiety, depression, and ADHD), metabolic syndromes, thyroid health, hormonal imbalances, and women’s health. She focuses on not just treating conditions, but also encouraging and motivating patients as they work toward their health goals. She is also passionate about and emphasizes preventative medicine to help patients protect and optimize their long-term health. Dr. Svrakic is fluent in Serbian, Bosnian and Croatian.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Svrakic loves spending sunny days on the lake with her dog, Golda, discovering new restaurants with friends, taking in live concerts throughout Chicago’s vibrant music scene, and practicing her favorite self-care routines.
