Innovative Care accepts most major medical insurance for evaluations and medical card certification appointments. A complete list of insurance plans we accept can be found here. If you choose to self-pay, the fee is $175.
Medicaid patients: Innovative Wellness cannot bill medicaid for your appointments, but we do offer a reduced self-pay rate of $100. Please bring your Medicaid insurance card to receive the reduced rate.
Veterans: Veterans who are self-pay are also able to take advantage of the reduced self-pay rate of $100 per visit. Proof of veteran status will be required to be eligible for the reduced rate.
