We are looking for an experienced NP or PA to join our growing primary care team. Innovative Primary Care is part of Innovative Care, a physician owned medical group that opened in 2015. We offer primary care, urgent care and therapy, along with specialized healthcare services. Hours & Compensation:
Our clinic is open from 8am to 7pm Monday through Thursday, from 8am – 5pm on Friday, and 9am – 5pm on Saturday.
Full-time candidates preferred. We offer benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO) for full-time employees. Competitive compensation based on experience; beginning at $115,000/annually.

Innovative Express Care is looking for an experienced Radiologic Technician (RT) who can also support the practice as a Medical Assistant (MA) as needed. This position is full time and offers benefits.
Innovative Express Care is an urgent care provider in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. We are open seven days a week – Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm, and 9am-5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Patient X-Rays
Triage patients (vitals)
Assures efficient patient flow
Cleans and prepares the exam area for the next patient
Injections/immunizations
Point of care testing
Qualifications:
Must be a registered radiologic technologist.

Accepts and performs delegated responsibilities in a positive manner

Innovative Therapy is part of a rapidly growing multi-specialty practice located in Lincoln Park. Our behavioral health practice is part of Innovative Care, a medical group that offers primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, and specialized medical care.
Innovative Therapy plans to double in size in the coming months, expanding to have our own clinic space, while we also continue to offer telemedicine. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic LCSW or LCPCs to join our hard working team.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a licensed clinician LCSW or LCPC with at least two years experience post-clinical license (though are open to interviewing certain candidates with appropriate background). This candidate would be interested in working with a wide range of adults from diverse backgrounds. This position is ideal for a therapist who wants to focus on providing outstanding clinical care and being part of a supportive and collaborative team. Therapists with interest and experience in working with ADHD and PTSD clients preferred.
This position will be remote part of the time (using telemedicine), and in the office part of the time. There is a significant amount of autonomy, including the ability to make your own schedule. Some evening availability is required.

Salary $69,000 – $72,000 based on experience. Signing bonus of $5,000 offered.

Medical Assistant
Innovative Care is a medical group that brings primary care, urgent care and therapy to serve our patients better. We are looking for an experienced full time Medical Assistant to work at one of our Urgent Care locations.
Our offices are open seven days a week – Monday through Friday from 8am – 8pm, and 9am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Our team works 8-12 hour shifts and every other weekend.

Innovative Care is currently hiring receptionists to work at our Primary Care and Urgent Care Offices. We have full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Responsibilities/requirements:
The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare or customer service experience, a friendly and helpful demeanor, and will demonstrate the ability to use all computer applications efficiently. The medical receptionist must provide excellent support to patients and internal coworkers delivering patient care. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred. Must also be knowledgeable and respectful of HIPAA privacy.
Full time is 30-40 hours per week. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits. There is the opportunity to work extra hours based on the business needs and your availability.
Our offices are open Monday – Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday – Sunday 9am – 5pm. Must have availability two weekends per month.
Salary: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour based on experience
