Innovative Primary Care Now Open in Logan Square

I’m excited to announce that Innovative Primary Care has expanded to offer more appointment availability and a second location to serve our patients. Our new primary care office is located in Logan Square, at 2363 N. California Avenue. Margarita Ruiz, PA is currently accepting new patients at this location. We will continue to add new providers and more appointment availability as we get settled in this additional clinic space. 

About Margarita Ruiz, PA

Margarita has been serving patients in Logan Square for 10 years. She received her undergraduate education at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and her Physician Assistant education at Malcolm X College in Chicago. Margarita enjoys helping patients make healthy lifestyle choices and is available for annual physicals, adult and senior care, sick visits, medication management and more.
