Arielle Douglas, a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant, has been an integral part of Innovative Care since 2021. She played an instrumental role in the organization’s COVID clinic, demonstrating exceptional dedication during a critical time for community health.
Arielle brings extensive experience in all aspects of primary care, with a patient-centered approach that emphasizes personalized health plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Her clinical interests include women’s health, sexual health, and the management of peri-menopause and menopause, where her passion for empowering patients through education and comprehensive care truly shines.
Known for her empathetic communication and commitment to patient well-being, Arielle is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and wellness at every stage of life.
Arielle received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Texas Southwestern at Dallas, and her Masters of Public Health at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
When she is not working, Arielle enjoys biking around the city with her family, finding the best public parks and being an active member of the Chicago Jewish community.
