Julia Nellamattom, PA-C

Julia Nellamattom is a primary care provider at our Logan Square location. Julia enjoys educating her patients and focuses a great deal on prevention. She also has a passion for mental health, and as a South Asian female, she hopes to reduce the stigma associated with mental health illnesses, especially within different cultural backgrounds. Julia sees patients for well visits and annual physicals, ADHD care, anxiety, weight management, women’s health and more.

Julia completed her Masters in Medical Science and Physician Assistant studies from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, and earned her Bachelors in Psychology, with a concentration in Behavioral Neuroscience, from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. When Julia is not working, she is often cooking and baking, or hanging out with her family and friends. She’s also an Elite Yelp reviewer and foodie who enjoys trying new restaurants in Chicago.
