Margarita Ruiz is a Physician Assistant who has been serving patients in the Logan Square neighborhood for more than a decade. She joined Innovative Care in early 2022 and is a welcome addition to our growing team. Margarita completed her Physician Assistant education at Malcolm X College in Chicago and earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Margarita is fluent in Spanish and English, and she enjoys helping patients make healthy lifestyle choices. She is available for annual physicals, adult and senior care, sick visits, medication management and more. When Margarita is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog and cat. She also enjoys diving into a new book.
