Rachel McLenighan holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis University and has over 20 years of experience in community mental health. Her professional background includes providing case management, individual therapy, and group mental health services for individuals navigating co-occurring disorders.
Rachel has experience treating a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. She also has a particular interest in supporting individuals through life transitions, which can often be unexpectedly challenging and emotionally complex.
