If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you may now schedule a test to be seen at our outdoor medical tent online. A pre-screening appointment is no longer required. Insurance is accepted for the COVID-19 test and provider visit. If you do not wish to use insurance, self-pay ($250) is also available.
Patients who wish to consult with a physician before coming on-site for a test, may schedule a telemedicine visit. During the secure online appointment, we’ll review your symptoms, discuss your medical history and determine if any medical testing is necessary.
Symptoms of COVID-19 commonly include fever, shortness of breath, cough, runny nose, respiratory symptoms, sore throat, loss of taste/smell, and sometimes GI issues.
Patients who schedule a COVID-19 test online will receive a series of text messages to confirm the appointment. Insured patients will also be asked to submit their address and photos of their picture ID/insurance card. This is requested in advance in order to reduce the amount of time you need to spend on-site at our clinic.
