A medical exam is required for anyone immigrating to the United States. Sometimes called a green card medical exam, the appointment is a routine part of the process to ensure public safety. Our providers understand Green Card Medical Exam requirements. We follow the USCIS guidelines to ensure you have no issues with your paperwork, and we always provide high-quality, dignified care.
The medical exam portion of the immigration process requires two visits. INS physicals are self-pay only.
The fee structure is as follows:
First Visit – $250
Second Visit – $150
Please be sure to bring the following items to your first appointment.
*Alternative proof of identity may be accepted for children under 14 years of age that shows name, date and place of birth, parents’ full names and other identifying information.
Vaccinations are subject to availability. Please note that certain vaccinations for children 17 and under need to be administered by their PCP.
