Asma Patel, PA-C is a primary care provider at our Lincoln Avenue location. Asma worked with Innovative Care during the COVID pandemic and spent more than a year in an urgent care setting before transitioning to primary care. Asma joined Innovative Primary Care because she enjoys building deeper relationships with her patients and delivering long-term preventative care. Asma’s patients often praise her kind and compassionate approach. Asma received her Bachelor of Science degree at Loyola University in Chicago, and earned her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Northwestern University. When Asma is not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, watching true crime podcasts and dining out.
