I’m really excited about this because I love making healthcare as easy and accessible as possible. With the addition of MessageRX, there are now three ways to see our team at Innovative Care. You can schedule an in-person visit, make a video appointment using our secure telemedicine platform, or request treatment using MessageRX. 

How it works

Sometimes you know what you need from your doctor. Seasonal allergies got you down again? We get it. Looking for prescription birth control? No problem. MessageRX allows you to save a trip to the clinic. In fact, you don’t even need an appointment. 

MessageRX allows you to get care quickly in three simple steps. 

1. Answer a few questions about your health concern.
2. Receive a personalized diagnosis and treatment plan within an hour (during business hours).
3. Choose a pharmacy, pick up your prescription, and start feeling better.

Cost

This is a self-pay service that costs about the same as a typical medical insurance copay ($50). Currently, insurance is not accepting this type of visit, however, we have made it affordable at $50 per MessageRx visit, and we only charge you if we can help you.

Why can’t I use my insurance? 

Unfortunately, it is because insurance will not accept this method of taking care of patients. MessageRX is self-pay only. If you wish to use medical insurance, you should opt for a video visit via our secure telemedicine platform instead, or come in-person to see a provider. 

Common conditions we can treat with MessageRX

From bug bites to burns, and pink eye to prescription refills, there are over 50 medical requests that we can facilitate via MessageRX. Looking for help with eyelash growth or erectile dysfunction, we can do that, too. 

MesageRX gives you fast and affordable care, entirely on your terms. For about the same cost as an insurance copay, you can message a provider and receive care. It’s a self-pay model, and there’s no charge if it’s determined that your condition can’t be treated through this model and you need to be seen by a provider.
